Employee specification:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in handling administrative/secretarial work/office of a professionally run management institution/college/CBSE school.
  • Any Female Graduate.
  • Candidates having schooled abroad or in premier residential schools such as Navodaya will be given preference.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Planning and Organising skills.
  • Flair to use digital and e-platforms.
  • Competency in using Ms office.

Assistant Professors and Associate professors are required for the following specialisations:

  • Supply Chain Management and Logistics
  • Tourism and Travel,
  • Business Entrepreneurship,
  • Information technology

Essential requirements: Qualifications, age and salary as per AICTE Norms.


  • Minimum 4 years of corporate/industry experience in any of the above specialisations or in allied specialisations or in general business administration.
  • Two years of teaching experience in an autonomous management institute.
  • Experience in providing corporate trainings.
  • Flair to engage and train students innovatively.
  • Assessment skills and test writing skills.
  • Excellent English language skills with a 7 band in IELTS or similar tests.
  • Willingness to relocate to Kerala.
  • International exposure/work experience.
  • Passion to use digital mode of delivery in education.
  • An earned PhD in the subject of specialisation.

Note: Accommodation and flexible work-week schedule will be arranged for faculties from faraway places.

  • Graduates preferably with an MBA/MCA or PGDM who have 1-2-year experience in supporting faculties in premier management institutions including IIMs.
  • Knowledge of the documentation requirements of approval-authorities such as AICTE/universities will be an added advantage.
  • Knack of assisting full-time faculties and industry-turned academic for classes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Competency in using Ms office.


Essential and Desirable employee specification:

  • A young, dynamic and tech-savvy management graduate from any premier management institute including IIMs.
  • Experience in branding preferably of colleges and management institutions.
  • Ability to plan and execute a variety of promotions for educational services.
  • Ability to track online student leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Ability to track internship, placement and employment leads.
  • Creative and innovative in using technological products.


1. Install and configure software and hardware
2. Manage network servers and technology tools
3. Set up accounts and workstations
4. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
5. Troubleshoot issues and outages
6. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
7. Upgrade systems with new releases and models
8. Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
9. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies


1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or IT related field.
2. Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
3. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
4. Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
5. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
6. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
7. Excellent communication skills

  • Experience in management institutions or coaching centres in similar positions.
  • Experience in front office or reception at a multi-lingual environment.
  • Knack of handling queries from students and parents.
  • A caring, listening and guiding bent of mind.
  • Flair for convincing students and parents.
  • Agility to present oneself in a polished and tuned professional manner.
  • Must have completed schooling abroad or outside Kerala.
  • Should be a registered member of the institute of company secretaries of India.
